Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made you may issue a request for an exchange or credit card refund within two weeks of your package having been delivered. 

Please reach out to muttermuseumstore@collegeofphysicians.org with any questions concerning returns or refunds. Unfortunately shipping charges will not be reimbursed for returned items and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. A refund or exchanged item will be issued once the original item has been received by the Mütter Museum.

The Mütter Museum is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Any claims of damages or lost items will need to be filed with the shipping service.
